Visitation Rights

Postby smid » Wed Jan 29, 2014 11:30 am

My partner has two kids 4 and 7 yrs old. He's a shared legal custody and visitation privileges. Lately me and his ex-wife got engaged in debate and after that she mentioned that I'm no further be permitted to spend some time with her kids. Meanwhile, she's living with somebody she's not committed to, she recently moved in with this individual and just understands him for 8 weeks. I enjoy his kids and, me and my 11 yrs old boy get alone well with them, not viewing them might truly harm most of us. Must I conform to her need or should she proceed thru the courtroom to possess this request in required. Thanks significantly in advance.

and stop listening to her. Let dad deal with her. She cannot keep you from seeing the kids unless she takes him back to court but since she is livign with someone, her demands probably will not get very far.

Okay - YOU have to remain out-of it.This is between your parents, not the folks they're dating. He can;t tell her who she can have round the kiddies and she can;t tell him.But YOU'VE no to observe th youngsters. If the man you're dating needs you about when he's the children, that is his call.
