My buddy tried to visit his kids this weekend, out-of-state, the ex would not let him, and because it was the t/e and he'd to return to work, he could not follow a court-mandated visit...he has not observed his women in quite a long time, she informs them lies about him, and returns all his presents/words unopened...so what can he do?
