Why does Obama insist on jamming the entire plan down our throats so quickly? If he had his way it would have already been passed into law before anyone, especially congress, got a chance to read it.

Why not do testing in areas to see what works? I mean they do it with new drugs, why not take such care with a whole new health care system?

Test several different plans to see how they actually work?

Not just jump into something huge that is almost identical to plans tried in other areas has nearly bankrupted their economy, like Tennessee, and really caused problems in Massachusetts and Hawaii?

We do need Health Care reform, and the best thing would be to get the Government out of it, and back to what the Constitution dictates is their roll.

We need to make a frivolous law suit filer pay the legal fees of ALL parties like the rest of the legal system requires.

Insurance needs to be open to interstate competition. The democrats made laws that don't allow this, and it's obvious that was motivated by their wish to create a problem and drive up prices, so they could take over the system. Controlling the Health Care System would take away so much power and give the government so much control, that is why they want it. They could insulate themselves from responsibility to the people, and pretty much force people to do whatever they wanted.

Government has a intrinsic conflict of interest in the private sector business area, which is why the Constitution FORBIDS them from engaging in any such thing. The wisdom of those words defining the Federal governments roll becomes more evident day by day. The more those crooks get their hands into the private cookie jar the worse it is for everyone. The worse it is for the future of the country.

Here's a better one, scrap the idea altogether.

Yeah, this is all going so fast. After all, we've only been debating health care reform for the last 50 years. We need more time!
