What are ideas for a medical malpractice case presentation?

I am doing a presentation for school and I need teaching/visual aid ideas. I went as far as copying a and pasting pictures off the internet but I need something more original. Any ideas?

Can you get a real example from the buthere shop?
Example: leg bone showing cartilage?
or heart muscle, liver etc

or ask a docotr for an x-ray but don t tell him your doing malpractice, just teaching about body part

what about tthe tools used, so if its a bone repair show a hand drill and screws
