WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS!!?? Are Currys treating me unfairly as a consumer??!!?

I have bought a laptop and its has been in repair twice under the laptops guarantee. Curry's who i bought it from said i could get a new one the next time it broke, so i went to choose a new one for the same price as my broken one. Non of them were as good as mine previous as my previous one was reduced from £700 to £399.They had also stopped selling my previous one and now they are trying to give me one slightly worse Laptop than before.. Can They Do This? What are my rights as a Buyer?
I believe i should be getting something the same or better, with the hassle ive been through.

Please help me, any links or answers would really help :)

I would suggest you go to the citizens advice bureau about this matter. they can put you in contact with trading standards in your area.

well i dont think you should have bought a laptop from an indian food in the first place :s sorry xox
