What are the benefits of paying an employee's Medicaid and social security?

I live in Florida and I'm the owner of a corporation. I have an employee that wants me to pay for his Medicaid and his social security. He works for less than 40 hrs weekly. What are my benefits and what are his? Am l required to under the law?

You are required, by law, to pay Medicade and Social Security for all employees. It is not a matter of choice. If the person was a subcontractor, then that would not be necessary.
