What are the chances of jail?

Postby eochaidh94 » Sat May 05, 2012 8:03 pm

I just turned 18 today May 4th.

Last summer July 2011 I got a wreckless driving traffic ticket which went on my record. That was a misdemeanor.

Currently I am in the process of doing 40 hours of community service for criminal mischief that I was charged with for keying a kids car. That was also another misdemeanor. The case will be done with once I complete the 40 hours.

About a month ago I got charged with trespassing in the 3rd degree for walking into an area at the zoo that I wasn't allowed in. That is another misdemeanor that my first court date is coming up for.

And yesterday on May 3rd at my job I got arrested and charged with petit larceny. It is my 4th misdemeanor. I worked at K-Mart and this month if a customer spends over $50 they get a free $5 gift card to use on their next purchase. Well instead of giving it to the customer I was keeping them and I got caught, fired, and arrested.

All of these misdemeanors were filed while I was still a minor I was not 18 yet. With the 3 charges still being in process, the criminal mischief, the trespassing, and the petit larceny, what do you think will happen to me?

It's likely you'll end up in jail or on probation, because you are obviously not learning your lesson. The charges won't go away just because today is your birthday. You still have to answer to them. And they may decide to go ahead and charge you as an adult just because you were so close to your eighteenth birthday.

It doesn't matter if you were a minor back then because now your 18 and u better leave the country! a fraud like that is very serious for a company so even if you don't go to jail then you would get sued so you better get off your *** and leave as soon as possible! but then again your crimes aren't a big deal so i estimate 2 years of jail for fraud, breaking community service (you need to not do crimes during the time) and tresspassing isn't a big deal so yeah about 2 years. So if you don't wanna suffer jail life then get out of the country. Next time don't be stupid to try to rob a big store like that. Once your an adult your crimes are taken for reals even if you did them when you were a minor.
