What Are The Consequences Of Not Paying For A Speeding Ticket I Got In The Orlando Area?

I got a speeding ticket three years ago when driving a rent automobile from Miami to Orlando. I couldn´t spend for it, as I had to return to my country in a couple of days. I´m planning to spend my vacations once again in the very same location this year. What will come about if I´m pulled away by a police officer due to yet another infraction?.

If you got a ticket and did not pay it, your driving privilege in the State of Florida is more than likely suspended. Even if you do not have a Florida License they suspend your privilege to drive in Florida. If you are pulled over again while here and they run your name through the DHSMV computer system it will come up suspended and you will be arrested for "Driving while License Suspended or Revoked" Florida State Statue 322.34. A Misdemeanor. You will be taken to the Orange County Sheriff's Office where you will be booked in and allowed to bail out or sign for yourself and get out on your own signature. Since you are a foreign national, they may hold you to appear before a judge. Then if after that you fail to appear as required and are pulled over again, they issue a warrant for your arrest and you will be held until you appear before a judge again. Then its up to him what you do or what they do with you.
