What are the texas knife laws related to double or single edged boot knifes?

Postby egan » Wed Aug 01, 2012 5:31 am

I've been going over knife laws in general and i cant find alot of information regarding fixed blades single or double edged and what are the specifics to use in self defense.
Handgun laws I'm familiar with you must "be endagered of your life or family's" or have a gun pointed at you and have a chl, then you can defend yourself if need be.
Knifes I'm clueless, mind you this is strictly self defense say you left your gun in the car or can't carry it.

I keep finding a pdf file about carry laws and other weapons I know its inaccurate because you don't have to carry a pistol in your trunk anymore.

Any info is appreciated thnks.
