What can daughter's do when mother is not willing to distribute her property among daughter's?

Ours is a family of 3 daughters and 2 sons. Our mother is not willing to distribute her property among her daughters. The property was bought by my father in my mother's name. I would like to know the provisions under Indian law (hindu) if the daughters can claim their rights over this property?

According to the law a property should be distributed equally by the heads of the family among their children when they become above 18 and under certain circumtances below 18 this includes the daughter and the sons

Your mother is so disappointed to her daughters. Personally i don't like a mother like your mother. We need to know about our hindu rules. By knowing proper about out religion we can make a good decision which is good for out Society .
