What can I substitute for the tenants wife's name on the tenant eviction complaint?

This falls under Florida law so I have to include all the adults names living in the house in the Tenant Eviction Complaint as well as the Eviction Summons Residential. The problem is I do not know one of the adult's name so I don't know how to write it on the complaint. Should I write spouse or "other adult in house" I'm not quite sure how to word it so it will be legally correct. Any advice please? :) Thank you!

You have to get the person's name or the eviction wont work. It used to be that way in California, maybe it still is.
