This is a query i have been asked as element of my Wellness and social care diploma "Baby P was a recent case of a critical failure to safeguard an individual: give additional examples" examples connected to adults would be far better but I content for kids ones as properly

The immediate thing that comes to mind is the parent who fails to vacinate their child before pre-K or kindergarten because of a mistaken belief that it is bad for the child. The parent is putting other children at risk; not too long ago a small little girl died from an infectious disease because she was exposed to a child that was not vaccinated. Recent studies have shown that vaccinations do not cause autism or any other disease.   MaryAnn 9 months ago

Well then, shoot, almost any adult care facility will provide you with examples of what you want(tho not willingly.) In home will be trickier because "in home" means the adult is cared for by family(usually) and family are who decides what sort of care to give. "Baby P" wouldn't have been an adult. Do you mean to ask where ADULTS were not safeguarded or where MINORS were not safeguarded(by adults)? I would've said any board and care facility.   danielpauldavis 9 months ago
