What if criminalizing (law) is not the solution. What if decriminalizing (grace) is the solution?

Eg: The Drug War is a lost cause. It don't work.
Everyone seems to know it, but still won't say it.

An astounding new report has come out demonstrating, across the board, that the decriminalization of drugs DOES NOT increase usage.

And in at least one country, after 11 years of decriminalization, drug use has been cut in HALF.

So perhaps when law is replaced with grace, and truth,
then we'll beginning going on to the solution of the problem,
instead of trying, always failing, by doing what doesn't work.

Jesus criminalized: imputed sin to punish or forgive.
Christ decriminalized, by flushing the law as if dung.

Why are churches still criminalizing for the 'hell' of it,
instead of decriminalizing like the grace of Christ did?
- Christ did not accuse: John 5:45
- Christ did not condemn: John 3:17; 8:11
- Christ did not impute sin: 2Corinthians 5:19
- Christ abolished the law (the enmity) to be our peace.
He did not add to the problem, he identified law as the problem.
He graced and truthed, till the people willingly flushed their dung.

Sigh...the legalization of drugs only works because it provides an easier way of obtaining drugs, and also allows the government to keep tabs on them and provide medical help if required. Thus, less business for the drug dealers, and more addicts cured.
It has nothing to do with religion.

Christianity is not really a factor in drugs.

But I'd tend to agree, the "war on drugs" is not really working.

Christ decriminalized, by flushing the law as if dung. - WTF? (Jesus loved the "Law").

there cant be a graceful solution when there are so many asshats running around ..
.. the worst thing is so many things are not what they seem to be .. take the drug war for example, it never was a 'war' thats what they sold you .. it has nothing to do with controlling drug use and everything to do with govt monopolizing the big money generated by it ...

You can only decriminalize after everyone is a born again Christian, only then will you have a society not prone to being criminals. There are two elements in the world good and evil. If you don't remove ALL the evil you cannot expect to have a good society. FYI the born again Christians are the good everything else is evil, they are evil because they don't believe in JESUS.
