What is a good website that teach you court procedure in family law/divorce law trial?

I will soon be going through mediation and court to settle my divorce case. I want to read up on the court procedures. What website can I visit to get familiar with such procedures.

Yes. To learn a father's rights, join Dads House in Yahoo Groups. It's free to join, access all materials, and you associate with other fathers going through, and have already gone through, the same issues. We have an Educational Manual that teaches everything that needs to be known in addressing your legal issues.

You have to be more specific because this site caters to more than one country. Laws are different in each country. Procedures are so different in every case. I take it someone is contesting the application? I always think people need to get a lawyer, yeah it might be a bit pricey at the time but things will work out better for you in the long run.

You should put which country you're in, in the more details. I won't be able to answer again so I hope someone else will be able to give you a more specific answer.
