What is the charge for a criminal when he disposes of his victim in the state of Louisiana?

I think it varies from state to state & I need to know what's the law for the state of Louisiana.

how much time would a criminal do for disposing of their victim like garbage?
example: throwing into a river, setting on fire, or burning them.... things of that nature.

Sounds like premeditated murder.

You do that and you deserve the Death Penalty...which is what you would get in Louisiana.
