What is the eviction process in michigan and how long does it really take from start to finish on a rental ?

It starts with a 3 day notice, ends will the marshall clearing the dead beats out.

The process takes 25 days.

They have to file notice of eviction (the time that they allow is different w/ every property). Then they expect you to move out in that amount of time (usually 2 weeks to a month). If you don't they throw you out (sometimes literally).
