I'm looking for wiki software I can host myself. Ideally I would be able to have access to all of the same features whether I'm using it on a normal web browser or a mobile browser

Their personal version is free for up to five users.Link is the source link.Then you also have JSPwiki which seems a little less "professional" but is also a lot more, well, free and selfhosted. http://jspwiki.org/wiki/JSPWikiFeaturesTo be honest though, any wiki software at all will work fine for you, you just need to edit the templates so that the pages served are suitable for mobiles, mainly a layout and "weight" issue.
