What should i do if a state has a warrant out for my arrest but dont want me?

Ive been having a problem that ive been dealing with for over ten years now. ive been a victim of identity theft. that had detroit pd and f.b.i at my house arresting me for drug trafficking in a state i never been in. they shold me a picture of a dark skinned jamaican im light skinned african american. they read me my rights, took me down town , and called the state the warrant was issued and they told them they had the wrong guy but they locked me up anyway. when we got to court the next day. i was standing before the judge wondering how can i convince him that im not darkskinned or jamaican. since i couldnt convince the arresting officer john patinagee. the judge dismissed the case and told arresting officer john patinagee to get ahold of conneticut to drop the warrant instead he told connecticut that this guy is my friend. years had past before i found out the warrant was still pending and each time i call f.b.i agents in the state of conn. they tell me to turn myself in. how do i do time for a state i never been in for a crime i never commited. this has been a nightmare for me for over ten years now .ever since 9/11 its been hard finding employment , when i speak to lawyers in mich they say its out of there practice when i talk to lawyers in conn. they want ten thousand dollars to get started. the only way i could come up with that amount of money is to sell drugs but im not a drug dealer thats not in me to do that. i just want what every average man wants and thats a fair opportunity , a family he can take care off honestly. i really never understood why f.b.i agent john patinagee would do that. it seems like i also been denied the right to face my accuser.

i also kept in contact with michael liebson who was my court appointed lawyer over this matter who also verfield that the warrant is still pending . i also would call connecticut police departments who stated to me that i should turn myself in . i would get ahold of f.b.i officials who keep telling me that they are not going to drop this warrant until they cath the real perp. or until i hire an attorney . going threw this for over ten years has cause alot of problems for me as far as employment and me playing a game of cat and mouse with the police here in michigan.

I think you are imagining something. First and foremost, find out what the extradition arrangements are between the two states concerned. In the meantime, please do not lose any sleep over the matter.

Do what any good american would do find a lawyer willing to sue them for a percentage of the win fee.
