A good looking neighborhood inspires development. Good community organization keeps your investment (your house or condo) in good stanndings as an investment others may be interested in.


You have all the right to trash your own property, but when it devalues your neighbors investments it is a civil crime as well as a possible health risk. I don't mind living next to eye sores, but investors do.
