Which medical career is worth pursuing... Physician Assistant, or M.D. with a specialty in emergency medicine?

I say - aim high...medical doctor for sure. You are always going to be liable for something in life but you can't get the kind of respect you receive from being a doctor without the prospect of responsibility...
