Warren Moon of U Dub Wazzu has had some great QB's like Jack Thompson, Mark Rypien, and Drew Bledsoe. But Moon is a Pro Football Hall of Famer. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warren_Moon joe_vandal 84 months ago Please sign in to give a compliment. Please verify your account to give a compliment. Ryan Leaf! Just kidding. I'm going to go with Warren Moon. He's the only player in the American and Canadian Pro Football Hall of Fame. He appeared in nine Pro Bowls, two Grey Cup MVPs(the Super Bowl MVP in Canada, basically), and he probably should have won MVP in 1990(he was the Offensive Player of the Year). The guy had a rifle for an arm, and he was the leader in all time passing yardage for a while. If you combine his numbers from Canada with his NFL numbers, you could argue he's one of the best quarterbacks of all time, let alone Washington. My only fault with him is that he has the most fumbles of any NFL player ever. But, he did take a lot of snaps, so it happens. Heck, John Elway's number 3 on that list. Anyway, that's my pick. Way to back up your answer with the CFL accolades of Mr. Moon! He and Ichiro Suzuki are in the same boat with regards to playing in professional leagues outside of the U.S. If you add Moon's passing yards, completions, & TD's from the CFL, then he would hold every NFL QB record instead of Dan Marino!

The University of Washington has produced many NFL Quarterbacks over the last 20 years.  Some of those QB's include:   Mark Brunell Brock Huard Damon Huard Marques Tuiasosopo Billy Jo Hobert Chris Chandler Gary Conklin Warren Moon Warren Moon was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame last year so I would have to say he is the best QB from the state of WA.  Also, Jon Kitna played his college ball at Central Washington University!   Mark Rypien played at Washington State University, but other than leading the Redskins to victory in Super Bowl XXVI, he didn't do much in the NFL.
