Why are there so many white people who are lazy?

I work 2nd shift at a restoration center where I look up catastrophes to book some jobs with businesses. I've been doing this for about a year now to pay for my studies and apartment. I work with a predominately white group we have about 8 hispanic ladies and 20 white people.
Every day they seem to come in late, complain, do nothing but talk about their lives, and take 30 minute to an hour breaks (We're only allowed 20 minute breaks every 2-3 hours on an 8 hour shift). Every once in a while a person from 3rd shift would come in an hour early to relieve someone from 2nd shift and every time a white person seems to think they have "privileges" and can leave at whatever time seems necessary to them.
The hispanic ladies seem to come in early, work their full 8 to 10 hours a day, they don't take breaks because their too busy trying to cover the lazy smokers (all of them are white) backs and they still get treated like criminals around the business these whites calling them "wetbacks" and yapping about how they're so happy about the new AZ law (this is done behind their backs).
We get paid a good amount for what we're doing which is basically sit on our butts and gain weight starring at a computer all day. What I don't understand is why do so many think that illegals are taking the "American" peoples' jobs? Exactly how do these people expect to survive out in ACTUAL labor working force where they don't have "smoke breaks"? These kind of people will complain about this and that and then move on to lawsuits and so on and so forth! Really! Who would want to employ someone that has no ambition to make a buck and still complain about the job. There is no such labor in my section of the company and we have nothing but complaining from the white people. Can you please tell me how a business can function with this type of attitude from the people with most complaining? Yeah yeah I know not all whites are like this... but it sure seems like it. The other day I witnessed something funny. My boyfriends mother's friend had told her son to get his butt up and go look for a job he replied, "Nah, I'm making a good $300 bucks a week off this unemployment checks." his mother just laughed (their family is racist). How can so many sit there and say that illegals are taking their jobs when they don't even look in the first place?

I completely agree.
They want everything on a platter.
My white neighbors are just the same.They smoke all day.Like freaking chimneys! And can't take care of their kid.Their kid is always at my house(except when we sleep or whens shes at school) I feed her, I sometimes give her money, and they have the nerve to complain to the manager(they are his family) that we "have a dog".Big lie.Never had a dog in our lives.Clearly they are trying to start trouble, possibly get us kicked out and it's just so shameless.Take care of your own damn kids, and if not at least be appreciative.Jerks.I don't think they even have jobs(my neighbors).
I by no means hate white people, but i cannot stand racist whites who want to derogate Hispanics when they are the ones who are trash.it really stirs me up.
Opportunity is there for everyone.And whoever wants it most takes it.If that illegal immigrant took "your" job(what makes it yours anyway?) then maybe he/she wanted it more than you!!

You need to remember that there is a recession and many people of all racial backgrounds who may seem lazy actually just cannot get a job at the current moment.

I've seen lazy people from all backgrounds.

Gosh did you really have to stereotype a certain race?
Theres lazy people in every race not just one race.
