Why aren't there any medical malpractice charges against Dr. Arnold Klein who doped up Michael Jackson?

Michael Jackson's drugs that contributed to his death were prescribed by Klein who used several different names for MJ. Why did he get away with this crime?

I have been asking myself the same question. As we all know, Murray was there at the time of death and that is why he is going to trial. But, my personal opinion is I thing that Klein had been supplying MJ with drugs for years and years and he really needs to be investigated.

he was the one who killed him

They just didn't have enough proof, or there would be a lot more people going down!
