Why does Fox News support amnesty?

I've never believed Fox to be truly "Fair & Balance," and one article is not going to change my mind. But I was surprised to see Fox support amnesty for illegal immigrants.

I sympathize with you,however this country has always welcomed immigrants,legal immigrants.America has always extended the same rights and privaleges to all.Remember,they come here because it is the greatest country in the world built upon the backs of our forefathers.So please remember, it is because of the American people who want to keep America great that laws to protect the citizens are kept in place

Under article 1, section 9 the constitution allows for the states to allow people in as they see fit until the year 1808. At that point the law was open to be changed - and can be again.
