Hello there,
I have recently been experiencing some pain in my left arm, specifically in the part called "flexor carpi ulnaris" as found in this pic: http://www.nomenclaturo.com/wp-content/uploads/Major-Forearms-Muscle-Anatomy-and-Names.jpg
I don't know why this is happening, and I usually feel it if I kind of bend my left arm or carry something heavy and then leave it. I go to the gym about 4 days a week and I don't really lift anything too heavy and I make sure I exercise right by asking the personal trainers around and stuff.
I'm seriously considering an X-Ray because I don't want to make it worse in case it's something serious. However, have you guys ever experienced that before and what was the reason? As I said, I don't lift too heavy and I make sure I do it right to avoid injuries so.. I don't know what's up with that. And could it be the muscle or is it the bone? I'm not sure.
Thanks a lot.
