2 weeks ago we had a 600 meter run in school, i've lost so much weight since last year and achieved 149 seconds as my personal best :( still low. But when i finished it my muscles hurt so much i couldn't even sit down, i just breathed loudly and moved around. Now whenever i go play football (soccer) when i kick the ball with both of my muscles it hurts from the inside like im getting a cramp, could this be any injury ( i can walk perfectly with no pain)
Help please!
