Why don't Liberals understand that there is a time to use Trial Lawyers and a time not to?

Why don't they get this simple rule of thumb:

Trial lawyers and the Seventh Amendment are evil when you use them to protect consumer or worker interests and make billionaires could lose money.

Trial lawyers and the Seventh Amendment are American when use them to overturn an election you couldn't win with votes.
