Will I be able to import cigarettes from online sites or will they be seized?

They're obviously a lot cheaper online. Assuming the site isn't a scam & the cigarettes are from within the EU, what laws are there regarding this?

As long as you pay duty on them no restrictions.

A friend of mine was hit with a huge tax bill at the end of the year. The online seller reported the sales. It would have been a lot cheaper to buy the smokes locally.

You can import up to 5 cartridges. The supplement is seized by Customs. TAKE CARE : in Germany they are only 17-19 cigarettes per box.
