The govenor of Fla. and Virginia have said they will not allow Obamacare law to be implemented in their states and there is bound to be a lot of states to follow suit and the majority of american people don't want it shoved down their throats so along with the federal govt. refusing to guard the nations borders and this forced Obamacare are we on the verge of all out war states vs federal?

Wouldn't Obama just love that.. as it is he has divided the country in so many ways already.. He loves that we are in fighting and grumbling and unhappy. That is exactly how he planned it.
