Will Workman's Compensation Pay for a ER MRI?

Postby piaras91 » Mon Jul 16, 2012 3:40 am

I got a on the job injury in February 2012 (knee) I was told I tore ligaments and had fluid in there. i went The doctors they gave me. And every visit I was told different things about my injury so still to this day I have no idea whats wrong with my knee. I can not walk for too long I can NOT run anymore :( because it hurts and I have swelling and pain a lot all I was given was a knee brace and Tylenol.

My question is my Workmen Comp case is still active I think.. I was discharged from the doctors but still having pains. I was PROMISED several times I would get an MRI but all I got was X-Rays. So I have an attorney but can I got to the ER and get an MRI and send the bill to Worker's Compensation? PLEASE HELP!!
