About 12 yrs ago I was working as a Mgr at McDonalds a a freezer fell on me, it hit me in the top of the head and rolled over to my back a bruised a couple of ribs but nothing broke. I didn't miss any work except that day. Now years later I start going to a chiropractor and he asked me if I had ever been in a car wreck and I told him no. He says I have a sever case of scoliosis between my shoulder blades that would be caused from a severe blow. The freezer is the only time I ever had a severe blow that would have caused it. Is there any hope for getting compensation because it effects my day to day work and homelife and is getting worse all the time.

It depends on what state you are in(each state's laws are different), but I would say it is very doubtful.  Each state has a statute of limitations - a timeperiod for which you can file your work comp claim.  Generally it's 2-3 years after the accident.
