before you get sued ( by workers and customers ) and lose it all and future pay too
contact an attorney and get his/her professional point of view on this all..and they would be able to give you when where and how to do it all..
if you try to do something not in MASS law you could lose everything, even stuff not associated with the business.
good luck

You cannot have a business without having some sort of insurance to protect you from losing it all. If you dont you start dealing with attorneys like : http://www.iannellamummolo.com/workers-compensation.html, which is bad if your on the other side and being sued.

There is nothing you can do. You need to have at least 1 million in insurance to cover if someone has an accident.
Also open your company as a corporation and not a partnership or proprietorship. Because as a corporation if you get sued then all you can lose is your business. If you open as the other 2 listed you can lose you business AND all your personal belongs (house, car everything).
