As far as compensation is concerned, it will be fair based on the contributions of individuals to the company. That means no more CEO's being paid 3 THOUSAND times their workers' income (and trust me, the scientist and engineer are doing far more important work).

Many companies already operate without central management or power structure and with fair sharing of the profits (not EQUAL, but fair).

Absolutely.. So long as YOU go out on the limb, borrow the money, are willing to work for 80+ hours a week for below minimum wage for a number of years until your business gets off the ground, to reap the benefits.
