Would you be pissed (pregnant)?

Postby bellden » Sun Jul 08, 2012 10:42 pm

I dated this guy for a year (16-17) and we are now 23. We broke up because he cheated on me. When he was 19 he joined the army and we wrote each other letters and became friendly again, I was dating someone at the time, which he knew and was fine with. About a two years ago he was injured in war and is in a wheelchair now.

About 3 months he came up to me, we've been friendly since we were 19, and told me he was sexually frustrated and really wanted to have sex with me like old times. I agreed (I'll always have feelings for him, I'm not in love with him like I used to be). Anyway, we had sex a couple times and he reassured me he could not get me pregnant because of his spinal cord injury, well guess who's pregnant? Me.

I told him and he more or less came clean and told me he knew he could get me pregnant and it was his hope all along because he doesn't think any woman will ever love him because of his impairment. I'm really pissed he used me like that. Do you think I have a right to be pissed? He keeps telling me I'm being overly dramatic.

You have every right to be upset. He lied to you and assured you about not getting pregnant. I don't know if I could be with someone I cannot trust. You are not over reacting. Anyone would be mad if they were in the same situation. He tricked you into believing in him. I don't know what I would do. He felt this was a way to keep you??!! I don't think so!

You have a right to be mad because he lied to you but you shouldn't have believed him anyways. Honestly, you should have used protection because like it or not even those who may think they are sterile aren't always. It takes only one sperm.

Yes I would be upset BUT you still should always use protection. You don't know who hes been with all these years! Luckily its just a baby you got and not a STD! And most guys that say they can't get a girl pregnant usually can! Its usually a self-diagnose they've made up in thier head!

i would be pissed as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

ask him if he really loves you? truthfully.

if he seems like the right guy and you love him so much then it could all go the way you want.

remember EVERYTHING happens for a reason

good luck xo

I'm sorry but, the only person you should be mad at is yourself. Deep down, I bet you are. You are just misplacing your anger. Good Luck. Lesson learned..
