Hear me out. It could be awesome. I'm not a big gamer but here's what I have so far.

You're Dr. James Sporky, an evil, elitist, East Coast, Harvard educated OB/GYN who moves to rural Oklahoma to start an abortion clinic. There will be elements of FPS as you will have to fight off the rednecks trying to kill you and bomb your clinic. It will also have elements of simulation as you will get to manage your clinic's finances and perform the abortion. Oops! Don't mess up. You don't want a half-aborted fetus and malpractice lawsuit to deal with.

They have a game about the Columbine shooting. They also have one as reenacting the JFK shot, and japan has games where you can rape girls So what the hell bring on the abortion game
