Writing a contract, help?

Postby chepito » Fri Dec 16, 2011 11:28 pm

Guys, how would you word this

I'M WRITING A CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF LCD T.V'S (BETWEEN BEST BUY'S AND MANUFACTURER) AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORD THE PART WHERE IF THE MANUFACTURING COST RISES SO WOULD THE PRICE OF THE T.V, THIS IS WHAT I GOT:

Buyer agrees to pay Seller the total price of $750.00, however if the manufacturing cost of the T.V were to rise, so would the price of the T.V accordingly depending on the percent of increase. A 10% increase in manufacturing cost would result in a $75.00 increase in the T.V.'s price,

But i'm stuck there, help please, how would you word this, this is a project for my Business Law class, I'm just a junior :D?
