My issue requires legal legislation for that state-of: West Virginia<br />
During the night a week ago, i was getting in my own vehicle to operate a vehicle home after getting goods and some girl comes outa nowhere requires for a trip, claims her brother owes her some money and she will provide me 5bucks for gasoline, therefore iam like whatever. We generate a few blocks, she gets out and appears to be speaking with somebody, gets in and claims her brother isn't there and we gotta go for the 7-11 a few blocks away so we go there, obviously her brother isn't there sometimes,<br />
Therefore no fuel money for my period, i say good whichever i'll drop you back off in the grocery store where i meet her, its just a few 4-5 blocks away and its on my way back to where iam remaining, as we begin push she begins toughing my hair and wondering if i got any money, i request "why?" then she SOLICITS me saying she'll pull my penis for $10, i take her along and say, weare nearly back to the grocery store hey could possibly get out there.<br />
I push her back once again to the supermarket and as iam taking to along side it of the street to allow her out, a cop kicks his lamps on.<br />
We proceed place the standard music and dance of permit and subscription andsays he is been folliw me since seeing me move in to the 7-11. He shows her to escape, employs her first-name, appearently shes a common prostitute in the region and I inform them i now realize that trigger she'd simply solicited me. Once they asked her this whore lies and claims I solicited HER, therefore these pigs create us EQUALLY a solution for solicitation, and then i'd like to continue my approach. No charge, only a ticket that will be created on some of those regular traffic ticket forms.<br />
Its only a misdemeanor but i think its completely rediculous iam getting ticketed for this on the basis of the word-of an apparently WELL-KNOWN prostitute. Iam from illinois visiting a buddy in West Virginia therefore it hurts I've to cope with being in court on December 16th when i reside nearly 600miles away.<br />
Any suggestions about how to proceed. Clearly I am gonna visit court and plead not liable. But will there be other things I will do? What're the chances this cost may adhere? Any and All support is greatly valued. Easily submitted this in the incorrect area, mods feel liberated to transfer it towards the proper section.
