You guys have a good link for a Skyrim emulator? Any what mods do you recommend, or where can I find some?

I am looking for a Skyrim mod that isn't gonna kill my computer, and some cool mods to go with it. Some I'd like are where the guard yells "STOP criminal, you've violated the law!" like they do in Oblivion, killable children, and anything else you guys recommend! Thanks in advance!

I don't think the killable children mod is there any more though because too many whiners complained about it.

But u can easily make a killable children mod with the creation kit. Just untick the "essential" flag entry for each child and they will be killable.
