I am a jamaican and cuban female with an italian male and ive only probally seen about...three other couples in the past year. Ive commonly seen white woman with black men..thats nothing new.. Ive had past sexual exscapades with white men.but never took it to a relationship level..ive known my man for bout eleven years n only just recently got in a relationship with him. I guess I wanted some white chocolate..lol. My man hangs out with nothing but black people..dont get me wrong he hangs with who ever,.. race is not an issue to him. I wonder if its because he surrounds his self with black people ..Is this why he is attracted to black woman?? Hes one of those white boys who act black...not your typical white collared white man.. Is this the only type of white man that is attracted to black woman???(italian and/or act black)...Are white business men/Judges/lawyers/political figures..etc attracted to black women??? Sum1 please let me know..

plenty of white guys like the idea of getting a **** from a black women because of the hype but there guys ive met who love black women because most black women have full figured hot bodies im an aboriginal man my fathers pueorto rican from hia fathers side and german on mothers side and my father can get pretty dark skin if hes working outside for long periods and as do i but my mother is very brown skinned not dark but she has gotten lighter since retiring indoors alot more . overall i think black men dont have a problem being in a relationship with a white women on the exception her parents agree to her being with a black man and most black women who date white men its more a casual thing i think they dont really get in the relationships i think cause a black women mother is more insistant on het daughter having black kids and white people are happy to have there white daughter marry a black man so the white families have a black connection in the community so they are not critisized white people have a big problem with bringing shame on there families they cant handle shame and black people have put up with that and have done for years, im a proud aboriginal . but do you notice people put there original heritage before australian they always say im indian australian or lebenese australian so they are not really australian they claim there original heritage before australian.

I am a black woman who is in a relationship with a white man and I rarely see couples like us and I live in the New York Metropolitan area. In New York City, you occasionally see black woman/white man couples, but not so often outside of that area. I know the kind of white guys you are referring to...those that "act black", but yes I believe that white men that are professional, like black women but just may not move in circles where they meet them. My guy is white and a college-educated, business executive. I've dated a few other white guys before that and they were all well-educated and successful...two had PhDs (one was married I found out....oops! LOL). Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that a successful, educated white man wants a woman of a certain character and demeanor. I'm not saying I'm all that, but you know what I mean? If white men are going to date a black woman (and they will date them if they can meet them), they want one at a certain level in life. Like a lot of celebrity white men are married to or date black women, but they are well-educated and elegant-looking black women. Examples: White men that are with black women are George Lucas, Robin Thicke, Wolfgang Puck, Robert DeNiro, Mr. Big from Sex and the City and Roger Ebert. Black women with white men are: Model Denise Vasi, Garcelle Beavais, Alfre Woodard, Iman, Naomi Campbell and Kim Wayans. In the real world, it happens, but sometimes we just don't move in the same circles, so we can meet and connect.

Well, I am a white male, and I live in a very "white" area and state. I am what many would call a stereotypical white male. I have a professional career and everything. I happen to LOVE black women. They are very attractive to me. I think some people are just wired that way. However, I have noticed that when I try and approach them they usually turn me away before I even get started. I don't let that stop me, but the ones I have met don't seem to care for white men. Is that part of the issue?

I would like to think that they would like me if they ever got to know me, but it doesn't get that far.

But....

From my observation, lots of white men like black women. This includes professional men.
Some places are more tolerant of mixed-race couples.
The best men are more interested in your character than your color.
