Are there labor laws stating your job had to deliver paychecks to the place you work the day of payday?

I am working at a company that makes me drive 30 miles every to weeks to pick up paychecks without compensation... Is that permitted by labor laws. Are they allowed to not to deliver the checks to my place of work the day of payroll?

No. There are no laws that require your job deliver your paycheck directly to your worksite.

You might consider looking into direct deposit. In the alternative, you can ask that your checks be mailed to you.

If you are only picking up your own paycheck and not the work site's paychecks, then there is no law forcing your employer to compensate your mileage. You sound as if you are working for a temporary agency.
So many places insist on making direct deposits of pay into a worker's bank account, that I am surprised that is not an option for you. However, the other option is to ask if payroll would mail you your check. Bottom line, I agree with you that driving 30 miles every two weeks to retrieve your paycheck would get to be a burden.
