Arrest Warrant For Retail Theft

Postby Adoeete » Thu Jan 16, 2014 5:51 am

My dilemma needs criminal legislation for their state of: texas
Consequently my partner was caught about six months ago for robbery at wal-mart. Law enforcement claimed they have been creating her opt for a warning but they did get her down seriously to the place and get all her information. Today law enforcement turned up at her moms residence searching for her and informed her mom that she'd observed something and that they'd to get her in for questioning. We referred to as and they told us the exact same. Her dad called and they informed him that she's a warrant out for her arrest and her connection is likely to be 500$. We can not get any informative information on her relationship or one thing and the PD will not reveal anything.
We had been convinced that she need to basically turn himself in and the county prison and I opt for her to help her out. If we do this just how long about would this method take?

Arrest Warrant For Retail Theft

Effectively she turned himself in and it had been for that robbery six months previously. She's a court date to visit and I am pondering what she need to do in court. Does she beg innocent or guilty or what. It is a class-b misdamenor and she can not afford an attorney.

Just how long it'll get depends upon way too many elements to anticipate. It could take half an hour or it could take all day long. Nevertheless, it'll most likely not consider significantly more than 3-4 hours.
Have you been sure the warrant is for this aged theft cost or might it be anything fresh?

Her best bet would be to plead not guilty and ask for a public defender if she is indigent and can not afford counsel.
