Alright here's the blunder I got into a little mess with the law, my friends stole some things and put it into my book bag, & I was charged I have that now in my record. I recently applied for a position at CVS which was rather unfortunate sure to the fact that they did a criminal record check i'm me, I received a letter in the mail stating that I was unqualified for the job due upon the fact that in the criminal record search they did on me I an now charged with ”retail theft.” I am a good person just hanged out with the wrong crowd at that point in time. Now is there a situation to expunge this matter to never be seen on my record again. I'm 16 by the way, this situation is making me go bluetick...

You can't for now. When you turn 18 your juvenile record can be sealed.

There are places that don't do background checks. That will be your best option. Past bad acts will come back to haunt you for a long time.
