ConsumerDate: 9/27/2007 6:32:59 PM Member Taking into consideration that: 9/27/2007State: FL I have a attorney assortment company filed a judgment. i sent them a verification letter and it included a cease calls and letters. Given that then they have not validated the debt and they have referred to as me 2 circumstances and sent me two letters. Also, my credit score report does not say "in dispute". Can i take into consideration them to court for violation of sections of the Trustworthy Credit Act?

If there is presently a judgment against you, FCRA violations is not what you should really be worrying about! That pointed out, if you had been not provided a fair opportunity to to request validation and defend by oneself (ie, improper companies, fictititious solutions (in fact extremely common way these days, of Collectors obtaining "Judgments" these days!, you had been unaware the case was even in Court, and so on) you will need to go th Court promptly and request to have the judgment Vacated!
