Back pain from workout..?

Last Friday I had injured my back doing power cleans after the muscles in my lower back were already a little sore. Usually I am extremely care full with my lower back but my ego got the best of me that day trying to go with heavy weight.

I have never had a back injury before and not sure what to do with them. I am currently icing my lower back and occasionally using ben-gay to relieve the pain. I am also taking ibuprofen to help get rid of the pain. Standing and walking around i feel almost completely fine it just hurts when i have to sit or bend over.

I am not sure if this is just muscular soreness or if i have a bulged or herniated disk in my back. This injury happened on friday and i seem to have gotten a little better but not much. Any advice or personal experience please comment.
