Can a 12 year old girl be taken into custody if the uncle is getting too close?

My son, who is the non relative uncle by marriage is favoring this flirty girl, who loves to expose her breasts etc. she manipulates him against her Aunt, who is the one that had custody of this girl before she married my son. She is the one that is on the custody papers. This girl wants to go back with her mother. She on purpose went out to get drunk so she could claim rape--although she planned on getting laid that night! She is causing trouble with my son, his wife and their little one year old son. She says things flirting with my son to try to get him to say things to her. She once came over here to my house telling me all sorts of things because she was hoping that my husband and I would allow her to come live with us because we had more money than they do. She even admitted this after the ____ hit the fan! I know that my son is an adult and he should be responsible but I am thinking about blowing the whistle on this crap! I AM SO SICK of hearing about it!!! It has become way too unhealthy. It wasn't so bad until she decided she didn't want to be a virgin any longer, she dresses provocatively, poses in a way on facebook to purposely look like a slut. She needs to be out of their house. My daughter-in-law is hurting! All because she tried to be nice when her sister lost custody of her children! The girl's mother is not on drugs but her boyfriend at the time was. Her mother was working and her boyfriend was left to watch the children but the neighbors reported that they were running down the road so they were taken away from them. She has no money to afford an attorney. She has been working as always but has actually been given a promotion. She is now living with a good friend of hers--not another man. Do any of you have any good advice?

He has never laid a hand on her! She always tells him private things and asks him to not tell her Aunt....they are getting way too close emotionally!!!!!! There is a possibility that something could happen but the thing is, they are ganging up against my daughter-in-law who is a very good parent and not guilty of anything...this girl is a manipulator. she needs to be out of the house!

I want to know how she can be removed BEFORE something bad happens???


This girl manipulates my son to GET HER WAY!!! So she can skype showing her breasts etc...he catches her and she begs him not to tell her aunt etc....I am SICK of this brat! Even though I know she has problems and I feel sorry for her but it will not be anything at all like the problems my son will have later if he ever does lay his hand on her. I can guarantee she will use it to her advantage! This girl has proven to not give one iota about anyone but herself!!!!


My son cares more about what this 12 year old thinks of him than his own wife!!!! It is sick and twisted and it is breeding ground for total disaster! She needs to be removed from the home!!!
