Innapropriate police! i am a 20 year old girl that lives in wisconsin and has a little bit of a drug problem.?

a couple days ago the drug detective part of the police station contacted me late at night and one officer picked me up while he was off duty. i was very stoned when he texted me at one in the morning and thought he was on duty and i was getting in trouble so i went outside. he knows where i live and that i get high but never got in trouble with the law. he picked me up and told me he was drunk then had sex with me in his car by the mental institution on the dark road in his family car. i feel violated and don't know what my options are. can someone please give me advice... i'm old enough to consent but am scared, confused and feeling weird about it all.

I live in Wisconsin myself. This sounds really crazy to be honest... but if anything. I would ignore him and his texts. Don't give in to him anymore. Considering he knows you do drugs and he drinks while he's on duty and has sex... On duty... he really cant say anything. Don't black mail him or anything but if he gets mad or reports you... report him. Revenge is best served cold. :)

At the risk that this is really a troll, it is not so wild. In fact, it is a fairly common practice. Cops know who is vulnerable in their area. And some like to go on a power tip.

Number one, you do not have "a little bit of a drug problem". There is no such thing as a little drug problem. Just like you can't be "a little pregnant". You need to admit to yourself that if you do drugs and booze, you have a HUGE problem. Never mind the health problems you are inviting.

It makes you vulnerable to scumbags like this cop. And that is not going to get any better. If he decides to pass the word around that you are available, other cops will come to use you, too.

Your next problem is that as a junkie, you have very little credibility. So your first step is to clean up. I'm not interested in how hard it is to kick the habit. Others have done it, so can you.

you also need to go to the internal affairs section of the Police department and talk to them about this incident. Chances are pretty good that you are not the first or the only one. Don't expect the cops to immediately arrest the guy. They will need to work up a case against him and get more solid evidence. Maybe watch him for a bit. One complaint by an unreliable drug addict is not going to do the trick.
