I would like to make money by selling stuff on my website. Is this OK by law?

How are you going to accept payment...? You are too young for a Paypal account or a merchant's credit/debit facility.

Easy enough to get round the problem if one of your parents is willing to open a Paypal account in their own name and allow that to be used in the business.
