You sue in the jurisdiction where the injury/damage took place. Doesn't matter where the defendant "lives" you enter THAT address.

Contact Amazon and ask who you serve in California.
If they don't answer. contact Consumer Affairs for your state.
They will have the name and address of the person who is responsible for Amazon
business in the state of California.
Now, if they don't have a business office in California, you will have to sue them in Seattle.
