The state laws says it is a Class D felony to play poker online. Do people still play for real money. Are people still getting cashouts?

Can I play online poker in Indiana for real cash?

I have seen a lot of sites and the states that are restricted from playing on each individual one, I don't remember ever seeing Indiana and if I'm mistaken there were definitely a few sites that only restricted Washington state and Kentucky residents so yes there are sites that you could play on and you would receive cash outs as I'm having no problems with getting cash outs nor is anyone I know although we don't live in states that have strict online gambling laws.. However looking at this Indiana law I really don't think I would play and I wouldn't recommend it, I don't know exactly how they would regulate it but the last thing you would need is to get involved with this crazy law and deal with those problems as well as most likely losing the money in your online poker account.

It is a felony in Indiana for an OPERATOR (gaming site) to engage in gambling. Since none of the gambling sites are in the US, they could care less about State law.
