I purchased a car cheap on craigslist 6 days ago, washed it, gave it a tune up, new tires, put it for sale on craigslist. not an hour later my post flagged. they another ad was up with my same car, exact mileage, but they used the photos they had of the car when they owned it, the same photos they emailed me. they said the car is way over priced and been in wrecks and leaks oil and then they put my number and say "call 24/7". then they texted me, pretending to ask about the car for sale. I called them, they were like "that car look like crap...hahaha..no way you are gonna sell that for more than you paid for it..ill make sure of it" then they hung up. How many laws has this person violated. I am their worst nightmare, someone with nothing better to do and all the free time in the world. Is this identity theft? since they are pretending to be the owner of the vehicle and used my number. Is this cyber bullying or cyber stalking. its defiantly harassment. is this slander? they are making my car sound like a POS so it wont sell. I want to see this ***** go to jail, even for a week. i dont care about getting a small amount in punitive damages. I just wanna see her face when she gets slapped with a felony or misdemeanor.

1. They are responding to your ad not pretending to be you.
2. you put your number up on the internet so anyone with internet access could call you
3. sure they shouldn't do it but can you prove anything besides breach of ethics.
4. if they constantly call it could be harassment.
5. your getting bent out of shape over nothing just as they wish craigslist isn't the only way to sell a car.
